FYSIKASE (pronounced “Fiz-ih-KA-say”) blends clinical expertise from Dr. Clara Moon, PT, DPT and nearly a decade of experience as a CrossFit coach. Rooted in both science and lived practice, FYSIKASE embodies the spirit of omakase—placing trust in a skilled guide. “I like to think of the body as a home: the issue might be structural (bone), mechanical (muscles and soft tissue), or electrical (nervous system). My job is determining where we need to start— then implementing the changes to create lasting results.”

I’m a movement specialist dedicated to decoding how athletes move under real pressure — fatigue, terrain, speed — and fixing the weak links that limit performance or invite injury. What I do isn’t just physical; it's neural. You’ll learn how to connect with specific muscles and use your body smarter, not harder.
The Endurance & Hybrid Athlete
With over a decade of CrossFit competing and coaching, and three years immersed in endurance training, I’ve trained through it all—marathons, ultras, and hybrid events. My programs are built from that grind. They're designed to help you take on your next challenge stronger, more resilient, and fully in tune with your body.
