What makes your programs different from traditional physical therapy or coaching?
I combine a Doctorate-level education in physical therapy with over a decade of hands-on coaching experience in competitive sports, lifting, and running. My programs go beyond surface-level fixes by targeting root movement patterns, mindset, and recovery from a biomechanical lens.

Do you really have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy?
Yes. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine- Miami in 2022 , which means I’m trained not only in rehabilitation, but also in advanced movement science, pain management, and neuromuscular reeducation.

Are your coaching methods based on personal experience or just academic training?
Both. I’ve competed in Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and ultra-running—all while rehabbing major injuries like a broken leg with multiple ligament tears (ACL,PCL,LCL, MCL) and meniscus tears. My coaching is informed by lived experience, not just textbooks.

How does your Christian faith influence your wellness philosophy?
Faith is at the heart of everything I do. I believe in showing up with integrity, grace, and purpose. My programs reflect values like stewardship of the body, mental resilience, and honoring the process through a Christ-centered lens.

Do you specialize in anything?
As the torn ACL club’s unofficial chief officer, I do have personal ties to knee rehab. In 2020, I went through extensive knee surgeries followed by a year of physical therapy— so I am very passionate about helping others in the same situation. If this is you, please share your story with me!

Do you offer virtual consultations or just in-person sessions?
Yes, I offer both virtual and in-person options. If you're in the Austin, TX area, we can meet locally for in-person sessions. I also travel for in-person visits outside a 30-mile radius upon request—additional travel fees may apply. Whether virtual or in person, my movement analysis, personalized programming, and coaching are highly detailed. I incorporate video feedback, smart journaling, and AI-powered tracking tools to support you every step of the way.
